A bit expensive, but a very well made tool. Cuts apple in thin swirls and if you don't want the entire apple, leave it where it is and the apple with not get brown..great benefit. A bit hard to twist around apple, especially as you get to bottom of apple. But, very unique, well made and durable. Good for making apple pie slices.
