I purchased this for a friend of mine who is difficult to buy for but entertains quite frequently. I believe that she loved the gift and stated that she may keep it out everyday to write notes to her family. BUT, the presentation left a lot to be desired! It came in a cardboard box, with a small 1"X3" piece of white paper with instructions on how to clean the cheese board and a small piece of chalk wrapped in a piece of packing paper. There was no beautiful picture as shown on the website to show how to use it or how great it looks with cheese on it and written on. So I had to go buy a couple blocks of cheese, wrote the names on the board along with Happy Holidays so that she could get the idea on how it works. Please improve the presentation for gift giving.
