It's a cute 3D coloring/decorating project. Unfortunately, I did not pay any attention to the dimensions when ordering, and was expecting something akin to a 'house' that I bought for my children about 5 years ago; same price range. Two (5 & under) children could get inside it!

Size of item should have been included underneath picture, i thought this was large enough for the child to play "in" as my daughter had the exact item but she fit in it. I am aware that the size was in the description but not emphasized enough.

This doll house is adorable. It assembled in less than a minute. We clipped the bottom of the house rather than inserting the tabs so that it can open easily to be colored. There are drawings inside and out, which thrilled our 6 year old, who already has her favorite stuffed animal living in it. To note, as many have... it is a "dollhouse" as it clearly states and not a "playhouse" as is available as well--surprising how many people didn't check the name, description, or dimensions. It is what it is--creative and simple--and delightful.
