The toe of the sock is designed with a special section for your big toe to be in, so it doesn't get crammed in with all those other piggies. This special design also allows you to keep your feet warm and wear flip flops - making these socks perfect to take along on car trips or airplane rides. Made in Japan. Hits just above the ankle.

I don't wear flip-flops, so have only given the flip-flop socks as gifts. I think I have received the best comments I ever have about any gift I've given before. They are unusual..useful..and my gift recipients have all asked where they can purchase more.
