No, it doesn't have a bad odor, and the quality of the paper is very good. This arrived nicely packaged for gift giving. This is a creative, charming, funny, practical item that will not just sit on a shelf and collect dust. It actually gets used! When the paper is gone, the remaining box is sturdy enough for storage on small items. A great find!
My daughter is fascinated with cows to the extent that she has many items in her life that are cow print or cow oriented. Finding the Cow Poo Paper for her was great --- especially upon seeing her reaction when she opened it! She absolutely LOVED it and couldn't wait to tell friends!
