It's been two weeks and the seeds did not germinate. I kept it at 70 degrees. Very disappointing.

My retired father mentioned he wanted to get into gardening and might I mention he rides a harley and follows major league baseball. So with that, my sister and I thought this would be a great way to get him started. The item comes packaged nicely and the biodegradable pot makes it easy to plant and self sufficient. Looking forward to getting pictures of his new tomatoes!

So fun! i bought this item as a gift for a tomato lover. We really loved opening it up. it's not an expected gift, but a really fun one! I love that the pot it comes in is completely "green" and can be used for up to 5 years.

i only received 2 seeds, both sprouted to 1/4 inch then died; i bought one for my mom for mother's day. she received 5 seeds, 4 sprouted and then died

i was so exicited to start plainting and when i opened the seed packet, 2 tiny, tiny seeds were all that was in the seed packet. i have followed the directions but have no optimism that i will see any seedlings sprout

Must have mis-read the item description, or just assumed for the amount paid that I would be sending a gift of a tomato bearing plant as pictured on the site. I was shocked to hear that my Mom got a rice hull pot with dirt and seeds. Very disappointing.
