Bought as christmas gift for sister and brother in law -- they like unusual items. She loved it for her kitchen (multiple uses), and recycling a windshield appealed to him. Now husband wants one for us too! Much bigger than we'd imagined, great for holding wine corks.

I actually bought this as a gift for my friend's wedding with the matching pilsner glasses. My friends are LA Hippy Chic and very into the planet. I decided to go against their registry and buy them something no one else would think about. The best part about these items, they were recylced and made into useable conversational pieces. Everything is better with a story! It was the perfect gift and they were thrilled! Knowing I purchased a gift that delighted the recipient, I passed on some earth friendly products, not to mention it serves many functions, and hope my friends continue the trend.

This was given as a wedding gift . Very attractive in catalog. Recipient commented thinks may be very cool but [...]. Ironic ...recycled glass vase arrived in pieces. [...] Very nice!

This bowl was beautiful, but it was larger than it appeared to be in its picture online. If the friend I'd bought it for had a large open hallway to put it in, she would have kept it, but in her compact apartment, it just doesn't fit.

This was a mother's day gift. The color is beautiful and it can be used for lots of different things! My only suggestion would be to highlight the fact it is a recycled product (which I love!)
