My husband is an avid chef, and come summer he loves the excuse to cook outside. Either using our BBQ Smoker, or just a BBQ grill, he needs the right tools to handle both situations. And he loves this silicone glove. This glove is very high quality silicone so you feel none of the heat from the fire. And its also the perfect length so that he can be grabbing out big pork sholders out without the fear that he will burn himself.

I bought this for my boyfriend who built his own brick oven in the backyard. I was looking for a product that he could use to protect his hand when holding the oven tools. Although the oven temperature reaches 900 degrees, and the mitt protects at lower temps, it still is significantly better than any ordinary mitt he has used. He liked that he was able to grasp things coming out of the oven and I like the bright red color of the product.

Great product in terms of heat resistance and the ability to grasp w/ index finger and thumb, but for a good fit, the griller needs to have larger hands. I'll definitely buy it again if they come out with a smaller size! *In terms of size, my hand is 7" from wrist to tip of middle finger and the glove is a little more than 1" too big at the finger tips.

got as gift for Dad's birthday; he loved the fit/feel and the index finger's freedom of motion; my hand is a tad small and it would be slightly more awkward to use, but heat protection is a good thing and this provides it; just don't expose to extremes

My husband has large hands and I have small hands and we both could not use this glove. The glove hardly moves so it is hard to grab a pot or anything. On the other hand, my hand did not feel any heat.

Liked the idea of this product, especially the extra finger slot. Unfortunately, the rubber makes it very Hot while barbecuing outside. In addition, it could use a hook or a small round ring to hang - there is really no good place to store this thing when not in use. On the other hand, it did not burn like cloth gloves while cooking!
