I thought this was a great gift that represented leaving 1 phase of life behind to enter a new one. I gave it to my sister for her graduation from college and she loved it. She can either use it on a desk as a paperweight or as decor in her apartment.

Had to give a gift for the person who arranged the mortgage for my very first house and was very special and this was the perfect gift for a man that ignored closed doors in getting funds available for us to buy our home. It couldn't be more appropriate yet different. He will not know anyone who has this piece and it is practical too because it is a paper weight or could be used to just decorate his desk at his office and be reminded of how much his personal touch to his business life is appreciated.

I loved the concept of this product but when it arrived it wasn't quite what I was looking for. For the price, I expected really sturdy/high quality materials. This product didn't quite meet my expectations in quality and I ended up returning it. The door swings open partway in a strange manor which distracted from the beauty of the item. Other than slight quality issues, it's a great gift!
