I purchased this "Paper Bag Vase" for myself maybe 15 years ago.... It sits on a dresser holding extra buttons. I just ordered one as an anniversary gift for a relative. The recipient of this unique gift will own it and love it forever.

The gift was a "hit!" I placed a small bundle of flowers in the vase and handed it as is "unwrapped", so that she would think the vase was a bag at first. That is exactly what she thought. She was very surprised when she received the vase and felt it was not a "bag" and she loved it! Great idea to the artist!

This is just a really fun gift - one of those the wife said "I've seen this kind of thing and always wondered, and now I'm glad we have". Very well built and extremely "life-like" like a real paper bag. Knocking it down 1-star for semi-high price, but still a good value for the overall impact of it as a gift and unique piece in our home.
