Classic with a contemporary touch, these necklaces are made with vintage Czechoslovakian buttons circa 1920-1950. The pink button has been fired with a modern iridescent finish. The shimmery rainbow finish beautifully highlights the delicate pattern of the button and gives it an unexpected jewel-like tone. While the aqua button, features a softer pearlescent finish. Handmade in California and Mexico and set in sterling silver. Designed by Sarah Durling. Exclusively at UncommonGoods.
I purchased this gift for my sister for her birthday. She loves unique, casual, yet classy jewelery. I had a difficult time deciding between the two colors (pink or green), but went with the pink. She absolutely loves it and even received a compliment on it from my 6 year old niece!

The first day I wore this I received several compliments. The shine of the button makes it look almost gold. I love the chain...sturdy yet pretty. Perfect length.

Comments aboutVINTAGE BUTTON NECKLACE:
Bought this as a gift for my brother's girlfriend. Looks so pretty and interesting in the picture, but I was disappointed when I saw it in person. The button is pretty and definitely an eye-catching piece of jewlery, but the chain was very cheap looking. If I saw this in the store, I honestly wouldn't spend more than $15 versus the [$] price tag. I understand that the value is in the button, but it looked like a little girl's piece of jewlery. I ended up going out and buying a new chain for it and it does look much better. I will still be giving this as a gift.
