I actually had the cuff links made into a lapel pin and a tie tack/tie chain. For my father (a contractor) he is more likely to wear a pin casually and a tie tack for dressier occasions than cuff links. The jeweler was very intrigued by the cuff links and had never seen anything like them. I thought they were very unique as well. Definately worth the price. Well made.

The width of the silver ends of the cufflinks that hold the level in place are wider than the width of the levels, so the silver had to be bent inward in order to glue the sides of the levels to the silver part of the cufflink. In addition, when the levels were glued on, they were glued on slightly crooked. For the price, they should have been made better - it just looks like they were made in a hurry.

These are just hilarious. They got a great reaction from him, which is all I wanted. These looked a lot better than the other "level cufflinks" i'd seen. (Yes, i've found others). The silver end-caps make them look a little more "dressy," if that's possible.
