These mugs are nice and pretty large. I gave them as gifts and they were greatly appreciated.

Service & Delivery comments:

Only problem was they ran out-of-stock and I only received one set when I ordered two. Was told they were discontinued so the second set would not be sent and I would be refunded instead - this only happened after I called and emailed since I was not notified and was not supposed to be charged for the one set but instead was charged for both sets. If I never had called they would not have refunded me or notified me since apparently they dropped the ball. Customer service did not have the most up-to-date info so it took a call and an email to get things straight (they first told me the item was on backorder and I would receive it but when pressed to put that in an email they said it was actually discontinued and I would need to be refunded.

I gave this as a gift because I already have one myself and I love it. The retro graphics are cute and it is the perfect size and shape for my morning coffee. It is very durable; my mug has taken a few falls from the counter top and is still very much in one piece.
