Bought this for my 5 year old and she loved learning about the US and putting stickers on all of the places she's been and would like to go. Wish it was a little bigger because we were running out of room with the stickers on some of the states.

My theme for my granddaughters bedroom is "its a small world afterall" Even at her young age(20 months) I am trying to expose her to different cultures and the fact that there is more out there than just Grandma's house. This map is bright, colorful and holds her attention. I use it as part of the decoration scheme for her room. I also have a world map, peace flags from around the world, posters of children from other countries etc. When she is older I am sure it will be a good educational tool.

When I saw this on Uncommon Goods, I couldn't order the map quick enough! I remember this kind of map growing up with the bison, oil drills, and other symbols to best describe what that region is known for. I knew I wanted to get my kids a map of the USA, and it was the perfect one absolutely. It is on laminated stock, large enough, yet not overwhelming sized map and the price is also perfect. I'm ready to hang this up in the office where my children have a desk and spend alot of time drawing and learning. I've bookmarked Uncommon Goods for definite future purchases.

Delivery was excellent. It came within the time frame requested, in fact, it may have come the next day. I liked the way it told me that based on my zip code, it would definitely make it to us in 1 business day which meant I could choose the standard shipping which was cheaper than the expedited which most people would do when ordering between 7 - 10 days prior to Christmas which can cost alot more money. I liked the honesty they had shown to post that in their shipping section.
