WOVEN PENDANT NECKLACE


This product was made by hand. Click icon for more information. Inspired by a beautiful tapestry which was made by four generations of artist Maja Rose's Danish family, this pendant necklace is truly a work of art. Started in 1930 in the Middle East and ending up in Australia over 50 years later, this family tapestry was finally completed by Maja's mother and the final stitch put in by Maja herself. The gorgeous tapestry, filled with love and history, now hangs in her Sydney apartment. With the idea of carrying on the family tradition, the woven pendant was born. Made of stainless steel, sterling silver and cotton in Australia.
