Pastry, pasta and pizza lovers rejoice! This beechwood rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing pizza, pie crusts, lasagna sheets and filo pastry. It comes with three sets of removable discs that raise the rolling surface by different amounts, to create the required pastry thickness - adjusts to 1/16", 1/4" and 3/8" thickness.
This ingenious device also ensures that the pastry or dough is rolled to the correct width, via measurements etched into the wooden surface. Designed in London by Richard & Anthony Joseph.

When I saw this product I was so excited! I make a lot of biscuits, and thought this would make the same size everytime. However, this rolling pin is for much smaller pastry--not 1/2 inch + things. It would be ideal if it came with more washers, or if you could purchase more washers. I could not use this product. But didn't know that until I tried it out!

I wish I would have known about this product before Christmas. It is absolutly a must-have for cutouts. Every cookie is exactly the same size, so they all baked up perfectly. This rolling pin also has markings for 6",7",8", etc. pie crusts as well as the different graduated wheels for different thicknesses. So many choices for one kitchen tool. This is going to make a great gift for all my baking friends.

This is perfect for cookies and pie crusts. I've not been very good at guessing thickness on my sugar cookies. Mine are usually too thin. We like them soft not crispy.
