The discarded pieces are collected by the artist herself from various steel manufacturers before she arranges them and then welds them all together.

This product is unique in many ways. The tools that were used and the size of the bowl. You keep looking at it and notice old/new materials that are connected in this bowl. Very durable and worth the cost!

I had to call several times to know if I was going to get this item before Christmas. I had no idea that this was coming from the artist and not the company. Overall, did get it in time and the wait was worth it!!!!!

This product is very unique, but too large and impractical to use as a "bowl" [...] Because it was described as a bowl, I expected to be able to use it. It really is better suited to a table centerpiece or wall hanging, in which case a hanger of some king should be included.

I ordered this for a friend's birthday, and I am glad I had it shipped to me first. The one shown as an example is much more attractive than what I received. It not merely an issue of the items being arranged more attractively, it's the fact that the one I received is 60% "filler" (big metal circles), large open gaps, and few tools. I feel rather cheated. It was not worth [$].
