Delivery prompt, but missing a piece - customer service is supposed to send me a new one, but it's been over a week and the piece hasn't arrived yet...disappointing when giving as a gift.

Without special shipping, I ordered the Uncommon Goods products on Monday and they were delivered Wednesday! That is phenomenal, but really, given your past performance, is something somewhat to expect. I'm spoiled. I DO recommend Uncommon Goods to friends.
