We play ping pong whenever my nephew is over, but lose every time. We were looking for something clever to slow him down (or speed us up). This very nicely crafted and packaged set has been a blast to use, and adds a fun twist on our game.

I helped my college-aged son buy these for my wife for Mother's Day. She suffers from Fibromyalgia which has some symptoms as arthritis. She was able to challenge my son to a set of games and beat him twice, which hasn't happened in four years. She describes them as very comfortable and they don't put strain on her wrists. There is a learning curve, but it is short and the results are dramatic. You can add wicked spins to your returns and backhand shots feel as comfortable as forehand shots. There is a dead spot on the paddle but you learn to play around it. It was worth every penny just to see the exhilaration on her face. She played pain free and is now a contender.

[...] The edging around the paddles was flimsy and coming off. We had to re-glue it before giving them as a gift. The design is inventive but the tips of your fingers can come out the top, if they are long and can mess with your game. The gift is unique and fun.
