I love the product. In general. I am amazed that I was sent a golf-related product (my name is clearly male) with--and unexpectedly--the word "PRINCESS" boldly across the face of the opener, in capital letters. To have sent me a woman's golf club for a man to open bottles of beer is...well, it speaks for itself! This was the equivalent of hanging a "kick me" sign around your own corporate neck! Someone in shipping is trying to make an otherwise obvious winner...fail.

sends us them to us. Unfortunately, we have no way to evaluate the appearance of the
bottle opener; because of this we have no control over the design of the item we ship
