I was searching for a gift for my mother-in-law and found this journal. It's absolutely perfect. She writes in a journal everday (and therefore goes through many) and she loves to garden. She always destroys her journals at the end of each year and she has a great affinity for wildflowers, so it's as if this was made just for her. The cover is beautiful and it's a fantastic product. A bit on the pricy side, but that didn't deter me due to its quality, asthetic beauty, uniqueness, and multiple uses. All in all, a great gift for a loved one.

I bought this as a xmas gift for a friend who's a songwriter and about to move to Cali. I wanted to give her something she could start writing in once she started her new life and eventually see it grow, I'm more than positive she'll love it as much as I have!

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery couldn't have been faster. I'm usually one for going and buying something in the store just because I need instant gratification. I ordered it at midnight on Friday and got it at my door Monday morning. Best shipment ever.

I purchased this as a wedding shower gift. A great gift idea for writers, scribblers, closet poets or people that just need a place to organize their thoughts and ideas. The fact that you can PLANT the cover (which looks easy to remove if/when you choose to) was the SELLING POINT for me. So, while the instructions are clearly printed on the back of the journal itself - if giving it as a gift - I'd highly recommend EXPLAINING that it can be planted in case they don't read the back. :) Seemed sturdy enough to me with more pages than I anticipated. A thoughtful and unique gift or a nice present to yourself. Can't wait to see what grows out of it! I'd give it 5 stars - but for the price. (Yes, I'm cheap.)

I was not sure what size to expect after reading some of the other reviews, but this was perfect. Very similar in size to other journals, not too small at all. It was flexible and light, making it a good fit to carry in a purse or tote bag. I gave it as a gift and it was a huge hit!

This journal is a great idea for a special person in your life. I got the journal sent to me and embellished it with some scrap booking materials to give it a bit more unique and creative feel to it. It felt a bit boring without those added details, though I didn't mind because those details made it that much more personal. With its titled pages it was easy to write about how the person I gave it to has really influenced me in my life. Very cute and personal gift.
