I use this cup everyday at work for my hot tea. I feel great that I'm not wasting a paper cup(s) & cardboard sleeve(s) everyday.
I broke my last one when I dropped it and I couldn't wait for my new cup to come in the mail.
It's easy to clean in the dishwasher however my lip gloss starts to make a mess on the lid. I did see extra lids can be purchased separately.
I think this is a great gift idea too, I recently bought one for my friend's birthday & she loves it.

I use this cup daily for my ride to work. It's GREAT. I read all kinds dribble about how the lid leaks, the lid smells, it doesn't hold enough coffee... My lid doesn't leak any way shape or form. It's a rubber lid, mine never smelled funny, I didn't have to boil it in water with lemons... Truly, the only negative is it only holds 8 maybe 10oz. of liquid. I wish is was bigger inside. It's a cool design. Great conversation peice. [...] Live crazy, get one ; )

Really nice mug - love that it comes with 2 lids. Perfect for using at work, it keeps my tea nice and warm!

Service & Delivery comments:

Customer service was VERY helpful and friendly! I was missing a lid when I received the cup and they sent it to me right away, no problem at all.

Great concept!!! The lid leaks terribly!!! Disappointed. I wanted to use this cup as an 'everyday' cup to commute with back and forth to work. It leaked in my car cupholder, what a mess. It leaked terribly on my clothes while in the car!!!!
