It was my partner's New Year's resolution to stop using so many paper towels in the kitchen, so this gift, with its pronouncement, was the perfect answer. It is a bonus that the towels are soft, attractive, and seem to be resilient as well. White color is nice for the kitchen, in case a little bleach is needed to restore the color.

Before I gave this away, I obviously had to make sure it was all it was cracked up to be based on the former reviews. It is BIG, absorbs VERY well, and is very unique. The only reservation I have is my worry that it will get dirty very quickly because it is all white. But I love it overall! I want to get myself a pair!

At 28" x 20" this towels is bigger than most standard kitchen towels. It's a high quality cotton and is plenty absorbent, but it's not a typical terry towel. My girlfriend is an organic chef, so she was happy with it and thought it was a great gift.
