I LOVE this pillow. I considered buying this product for months and I finally bought it. The heartbeat sounds like vibrations if your are directly laying your head on top of it, but if it lying next to you the heartbeat can be felt and heard. It sounds and feels very realistic.

I love the idea of this pillow, but as most of the previous reviews said, it is less of a heart beat and more of a vibration. It is great to snuggle with, but tales a time or two to get used to. We have a 5 year old who spends time at our house and other times at her mom's house. When she misses her mom, it helps her sleep which is really nice.
