I've used this twice since it started raining and snowing here in Boston. I wear a backpack and walk from South Station through the Financial District. It takes a little practice to get the coverage and it works well. I prefer the large umbrella's I've had in the past because you just pop 'em open and go but these winds seem to get worse every year and every umbrella I've had just crumbled. This one has stood up well to those wicked winds.
