The Dr. Cool bag is fantastic. I put it into the freezer and it got cool really fast. What I like about the cool bag most is that it does not freeze completely. It stays pliable so that I can bend or form it to my knee, for instance. Great design!\n\nThe Dr. Hot bag is a great little heat pack. I simply press the metal disc and about a minute later I have a hot pack that works for 20-30 minutes. Again the bag allows me to form the pack to what I need. The instructions say you need to keep the bag in boiling water for 10 minutes but after about 2 the liquid state returns and I take the bag out.
