Very witty and funny. I bought this for a friend not knowing what all the pages were going to be (or which politicians would be scrutinized). Happily they were all hilarious and panned both parties equally. The only negative is that it is smaller than expected and the pages are somewhat delicate. [...] But still totally worth it,

The premise is cute, what's not to like? Tugging Hillary's purse strings? Touching John Edwards' hair? There were Republicans too, it was equal opportunity fun. This is not a sturdy board book, however, this is cardboard and nowhere near as hefty as the original "pat the bunny". I wouldn't let a child play with it unattended.

This is a great gift for politically savy parents of young children. You need to be familiar with the children's book it parodies. . . .but it is not sturdy like the board book. . . nor really appropriate for children.
