I received this candle for Christmas. I love candles. This candle had almost NO scent whatsoever that I could detect. I burned the whole candle and never smelled anything. It was a very clean burning candle and burned well. Maybe I got a dud, but if I didnt, I wouldn't recommend this candle for people that like "scent"

After smelling one of the other candles offered by Uncommon Goods, I was so excited to open the Campfire Candle when it arrived! It felt heavy and substantial in the jar, and the natural color of the soy wax made the candle easy to blend into any decor. I love the smell of the outdoors, campfires, cedar - when I opened the container by lifting the large cork stopper, I smelled nothing. I stuck my nose down to the wax and detected an acrid or bitter scent that is tough to describe. I lit the candle hoping that it would release fragrance, but still nothing. Despite no scent, the soy burns very cleanly, and is fairly long lasting.
