I really like the organizer. It could stand to be a little bigger...I feel like I have already used up a lot of the space - but that probably just means I could consolidate some of the papers. I really like that there are several tab headings and that you can label them whatever you like, just according to what you need. It's a great way to keep all of your health records organized.

I use the product maintain all my medical history, past and present. I keep it divided by doctor, so when I go to another appointment, I can keep that doctor updated on changes made before his visit. If new doctor, forms are easier to fill out. Very organized way to keep things together. Have no bad comments.

Very fast delivery!! Faster than I thought! The 1st delivery appeared in good shape, until I opened it up. It then appeared to me that the binder was broken and the blue patient booklet was also torn. I contacted the company and a FREE REPLACEMENT was sent out immediately at no charge, and delivery was also fast! The replacement was in mint condition!
