Now you can enjoy that same sunny radiance you love during the day, all night long! Although it's not quite the same brightness, this fresh-from-the-jar light is a great energy efficient way to softly light your home or garden.

Inside this traditional Mason jar lies a high tech solar cell, rechargeable battery and low energy LED lamps. During the day, place the jar in a sunlit area. The solar cell creates an electrical current that charges the battery over a few hours. That energy is then used at night to power the three LED lamps inside the jar. At night, the warm-colored LED lights will cast off a subtle, natural glow and will look like you have captured a tiny sun in the jar. The light sensor inside automatically activates the lights when it gets dark or lights are turned out.

Since Mason jars are water tight, this light makes a great addition to your garden. Buy a whole bunch and never have to worry about paying for outdoor lighting again. Made in China.

This is a cool product. I gave it as a gift with the companion jar. Both look very good. Basically easy to operate, but i would recommend replacing the original battery with a better rechargable. Recharges easily and works like a charm. Really nice ambiance...

I got it for my 9 y.o. daughter who likes science and nightlights and she LOVES it. Part of her daily routine is to close it up in the a.m. and put it on the windowsill to soak up the sun and then open it up for the evening burn! Always get lots of comments on the clever but simple design. I'm ordering another one because I couldn't keep any candles lit the other night and two of these on the dining table would just be about perfect evening lighting. After a couple of years, I think I need a new battery on my original one; seems like a pretty good length of service.
