I bought this wallet for my boyfriend as a gift. He just loved it - was amazed by the smooth feel of the stainless steel fiber wallet. Unfortunately, it was starting to look worn after about 2-3 months of everyday use. After 8 months it started to tear a bit, making the edges a bit sharp. He still uses it though, it does it's job and well and people constantly comment on it. So if you don't mind a worn/torn look, this wallet is perfect.

My girlfriend bought me this wallet and i loved it. All of the claims of how the steel fabric would be more durable than leather weren't entirely true. I carry one credit card per slot so as not to stress the material and already after 6 mo. it has four stress tears from folding and unfolding it about 1cm each from the outside in. The corners are also begining to wear away.

The wallet is strickingly different and very unique, but time will tell how well it wears. We just celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary, and 'steel' is the traditional gift for this particular year, which is why this wallet made a very appropriate gift for him. I hope it gives him years of good service.

My boyfriend's wallet has been falling apart for the past few months.. and you know guys.. they won't replace it unless it's very badly broken. I decided for valentine's day this would be a good practical gift that he would get a lot of use out of. I do have to say, I was worried he wasn't going to like it because it does sort of look like vinyl in person. But story that comes with it about how its made is great, and kind of connects you to the product more. I like to find buy things for him that not everybody else has, and I thought this would be perfect. He loves it! Even one of his close guy friends has asked me a few times where I got it cause he wants one for himself. If your guy is really into "techy" things, or he's fascinated with unique things then he'll love this!
