Every Christmas we are always trying to find the most unique gifts for each other. This year for the wine lover in our family we found the wine barrel chair. The chair is as beautiful as it is practical. And the smell of the chair when you first open the box is wonderful. The wood is rubbed down with a special oil that smells out of this world. I didn't want to give them away! It was a breeze to wrap because it folds down nicely into the box it was shipped in. On Christmas Eve it was the first presents they opened and they loved them. They are taking the chairs to their Door County Retreat where they will use them to sit on the beach and drink their wine. Thanks so much for such a stylish and sturdy chair.

This reminds my wife of a similar chair that had a canvas seat. That deteriorated. This one will last, and last, and last.

I ordered two chairs as a birthday present. They were very pretty to look at but uncomfortable. The chairs dug into the back of our legs and there are not enough throw pillows in the world to make the chair useable for sitting. We had to return the chairs, they looked great as plant stands, but I wanted chairs, not plant stands.

I purchased this chair as a gift for my husband. We are avid wine drinkers and my husband collects wine corks and turns them into many interesting and beautiful creations. His family favorite thing is a slate and cork message board. He loves his wine barrel chair - it's good looking, comfortable and easily moved from indoors to deck and back. The rest of the family loved it too. Best gift ever!
