We gave Herb as a gift to a friend who is a fellow vegetarian and has a 6 month old baby. I realize this book is for older children, but he really did enjoy turning the pages and looking at the illustrations. His mother LOVED the story and positive message. I think they'll be reading it for a long time to come. Oh, and the baby really took to the Herb bendo doll!

This book was colorful, funny, smart and environmentally conscious--plus, who wouldn't love a book endorsed by Sir Paul?! The kids thought it was very funny & loved the colorful illustrations. The bendy toy dragon was lots of fun too--his tail is very long & can wrap around all sorts of things. They loved him!
