I can't remember which flowers I had (geraniums maybe? They were a light pink colour) but I recognise the can and it had a plastic lid at the bottom. I didn't grow mine until ages when I was bored one day, I expected it to only last a few days but after a few weeks it just got bigger and bigger! It got to about 4 feet tall with at least 7 flowers sprouted (if only I could find the pictures I took!) but I never put it into a bigger pot so it died after a good few months (also winter had come around and there isn't much sun in England!) I would definitely grow one of these again!
