I got these book ends as a present to my sister and her fiance. As soon as they got the nicely wrapped package (I ordered on a Sunday night and they received it on Tuesday), they gave me a call to tell me how much they loved them. They said it reminded them of an old Soviet soldier in the Art Deco style. Get these for people who appreciate eclectic styles. Will definitely order from this site again.
