For the price, I expected the tile to at least be properly set into the sterling cufflink base. The tile is secured only by a dab of glue. My cufflink arrived so loosely set that the tile popped out when I handled it. I am not happy with the production quality.

Great presentation of a unique gift. I purchased this item as a gift for my son who is an attorney as well as an avid Scrabble player. They come in a cute little burgundy pouch, akin to the bag that all the letters come in in the actual game, with the gold draw string and the Scrabble logo imprinted. Very cute and unique presentation. I purchased the gift box as well, and think it's perfect for these cuff links. YOU ONLY GET ONE CUFF LINK, so be sure to order 2! (The recipients initials (first and last name) are a good choice.) At checkout, you have the option of having them packaged together. The one problem with my set was that the square letter tile of one of the links just fell right out of the setting when I opened the package. Not good, seeing that these are worn on the wrist area and are sure to be knocked around a bit during a typical day at the office. I had to use an epoxy to adhere it back in place.....it was easy to do, but of course, who wants anything to be 'broken' when u receive it? Overall, I was pleased with my purchase. My son thought it was such a unique gift! He absolutely loved them....and everyone at the party wanted to know where I find such unique and personalized gifts! ;)
