When I received the product, the impression material was already dried out. Uncommon Goods sent a replacement which worked just fine. If you order this, check that pouch immediately in case you need a replacement. The product had great directions and was very easy to use, looks really nice!
Service & Delivery comments:
I contacted uncommongoods to let them know the product was bad and they immediately sent me a new one with a shipper to return the defective item. The new item worked fine, what a great company uncommon goods is to order from!!
