This vase was for a birthday gift and I was glad I had it shipped to me first. Because when I opened the item to see what it was like, it looked like it had been opened up and used before. I tried to clean the inside, but it was too difficult to get in there. Its a shame. Plus, I think it would be a lot better if it was a tall vase.

Delivery was very prompt, I believe it arrived the day after it was shipped which was the day after it was ordered. I returned the item because it was not what I expected, but customer service was very nice.
