UncommonGoods Jewelry contest

Summer's not so far off! In anticipation of picnic season we're launching a line of sustainably made party cups and plates, in partnership with our friends at Susty Party and Recyclebank.

Enter your uncommon summer-y design to adorn these sugarcane cups and plates.

We're looking for designs that are fresh, look just right when piled high with potato salad and corn on the cob, and offer uncommon style to a casual picnic or an outdoor wedding.

Prize: $500 + your design featured on our new line of Susty Party party cups and plates.

Deadline: You can enter up to five of your unique designs by March 15, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET. Download our Design Brief to get started. Then use the form below to enter.

We'll pick our favorite entries to share with customers on our Community Voting App. Our guest judges will choose a winning design from among the top vote-getting entries. We'll announce the winner by the end of April.

Got a Question? Browse through the rules, or send us an email. And remember, you can help us to get the best impression of your work by only submitting your entry once.

Meet Our Challenge Partners

Susty Party is an online store for eco-friendly party supplies. Our larger mission is to create a world where fun and sustainability go hand-in-hand. We do our part by finding and creating fun party products, screened for environmental attributes, to sell in our mission-driven store.

Recyclebank is working towards a world without waste by rewarding people for taking everyday green actions. It's free to join and as easy as 1, 2, 3. Earn points for taking everyday green actions, redeem them for great rewards, and learn ways to save money and live greener every day!

The deadline for this contest has passed. You can vote for your favorite designs here through March 28, 2012. The winning design will be announced in early March.
