MEET THE JUDGES
After a career as a non-profit event planner, Melinda Morris returned to the world of invitations and stationery design and opened Lion in the Sun of Park Slope in 2002. Her eclectic Brooklyn shop has become a neighborhood go-to for a well-curated collection of fine paper, unique cards and gifts, and outstanding original custom printing and design. It is important to her to support local and emerging artists and proudly features cards and invitations created by independent designers.
