At their small studio, artists Jim Dowd and Sandra Bonazoli combine traditional techniques and old-world skills with modern style.
They carefully craft each piece from their hand-fabricated original, which can take many days to complete.
Jim and Sandra design their products with the idea that useful things don't have to be plain. Their goal is to create functional art pieces attractive enough to be displayed when not in use, but sturdy enough to be used often, and passed on as heirlooms.
"Like your tried and true recipes, [our] products are made to be handed down for generations," Jim and Sandra explain.
